Advices to play badminton

First of all, you should wear comfortable and sport clothes and sneakers.

Secondly, you must warm up before doing badminton to avoid physical problems. You must also respect the rules of the game, which are very clear and follow the instructions that your teacher of badminton say.

Finally, you shouldn’t argue with your mates and you shouldn’t get angry if you lose. The most important thing is that you must have fun, doesn’t matter if you’re good or at it.

 

Thinking about our planet and water

Water is going to be the most important problema in the future. Now, in some por countries and in countries of Africa, there isn’t almost any wáter to drink and they are often thirsty. To improve that situation and to avoid this happen in the rest of the countries, we have to make changesand everyone must colaborate.

Things you can do:

Using showers and not baths can help reducing the consumption of water. When you have a shower you waste much less water tan when you fill the bath completly.

To save more water, you can also try to closet he taps of water every time you can.

If we all do this those things, we will keep and save water for the future generation.

My presentation

  Hello, my name is Jorge. I'm thirteen years old. I live in Cartagena, a beautiful city on the south-east coast of Spain. Cartagena is a big old city, ¡It has more than 2000 years of history!

 It has a lot of fantastic monuments like the Roman Theatre, the old town hall or the Punic Wall.
I study in the IES Mediterráneo there, in Cartagena.

 About me. Well, I'm not too tall, I have got blue eyes and brown hair. I play the piano in the  conservatory. Playing an instrument is a incredible experience. You have to study a lot, but you have a great time. I also play tennis. It's a cool sport and I play it with my friends so I enjoy it  so much. I also like playing computer games. I meet friends on Skype and we play different interesting games.

I like wearing T-Shirts, sweatshirts, jeans and more clothes too, but I hate wearing shirts or caps.

Well, that's all I can tell about me and my interests.
